A big thank you to our members who contributed items for sale at the Christmas Fair and for those who helped steward on the days in question. Due to your creativity and attention to detail items on sale were of the highest quality and very much a credit to our Guild. It was nice to see so many people come to support our Fair after the past few disruptive years, many showed great interest in what we do at the Guild. Sales totalled £2800 - a big jump on previous years. Thanks need to go to Victoria who managed to arrange a card machine in time which helped sales enormously on the day. Monies due to members will be sent out as soon as possible but please bear in mind we have just changed bank accounts and have a new Treasurer who is just getting to grips with the finances, so there may be a very short delay. Once again, a very big thank you for everyone who contributed to making this such a successful Christmas Fair.
Great news! We have decided to hold the Christmas Fair this year at Steeple Ashton on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd December 2022, 10.30am - 4.00pm.

If you wish to sell items you will need to print off the seller's form, also below, and complete this before dropping off with your items for sale. Details of how to complete the form and instructions as to where to drop your items off are included on the form. Guild commission is 10% of sales. Yes we have reduced this from 15%!
Items should be dropped off in Studio 2 labelled and priced with a completed seller's form ready to be included in the set up on Thursday 1st December.
You will be required to complete a tag for each item when you drop off.
Please understand that any items entered for sale are entered at your own risk.
Please ensure you have completed a sales form (see below). Information on how to complete this is included on the form along with a sample completed form.

Please could you volunteer a few hours of your time to help steward our Christmas sale? The more volunteers we can get, the easier it will be for us all, so please don't be shy about offering to help.
I have broken the days down into mornings and afternoon sessions of 10.15am - 1.15pm and 1.15pm - 4.15pm.
Please could you let me know which time(s) and day(s) you are available? If you could do a whole day, that would be fantastic, but if you can only manage a couple of hours, just let me know the times you can do. There are sign up lists in studios 1 and 3 for you to use if you wish, but if you can email me as well, that would be most useful. A copy of the sign up sheet can be found below.
