Joining the guild is easy and gives you the opportunity to meet new people and to try out  many different crafts.  We have a number of different membership categories which are listed below:

 

Full Membership

​

This is £60 per annum and includes membership of the AGWSD, the right to vote in the AGM and stand as a committee member as well as access to all online content the guild offers.  Full members also have the right to attend meetings at the guild's Steeple Ashton premises in person (£3 door money per visit is charged to cover refreshments).

Half Year 1st April to 30th September £30.00

Online Membership 

​

This is £20 and includes access and use of any and all online content offered by the guild, including but not limited to, the members' section of the website and the private Facebook group.  Online members may attend the Guild main programme meetings at a visitor rate of £4 (£10 with speaker/workshops/participation in skills days).  This membership does not include AGWSD membership nor the right to vote in the AGM nor stand for committee.

Young Person's Membership  

​

This is available to persons aged 21 years and below (minimum age 16) and includes the same benefits as full membership.  £30 plus £3 door money per visit.

What is included?

​

All Members have access to our dedicated members area of the website which comprises a regular Newsletter along with notes and information on various aspects of the crafts carried out at the Guild.  

​

As a member you will also be able to enter your work into the Sales and Exhibitions held during the year.   These events are well attended and a highlight of the Guild's year.
